- Your Spotify account must be on the free membership (downgrade before upgrading if you are on premium)
- Your account must have not have been/joined a family account within the last past year. (If you must; Create a new account and use our Backup tool to transfer your playlists.)
We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. If you have purchased a key with warrnty, then you may contact a staff either via Discord or Live chat to request a replacement. However, keep in mind; Spotify limits being part of one family membership a year, you will need to make a new account before upgrading again (You can transfer your playlists over to your new account from our backup tool).
The definition of lifetime is lifetime warranty. This means that if your Spotify accounts runs out of Premium after upgrading, we will renew it for you for no extra charge, if you purchased the package that has it. However, the term "lifetime" doesn't mean you'll have Premium for your lifetime. It means that you will have Spotify Premium for as long as Upgrader.PW stays open. Please note that user errors such as upgrading to the wrong country, removing yourself from Premium, or any other user-at-fault errors will not constitute for a free renewal. You will have to buy a new key if that happens.
Our API is free to use for anyone wheather your just a beginner or a pro reseller. You can use the API to make your own software or a site to re-sell from Upgrader.PW as we are fully whitelabeled with all of our reseller packages, or purchase one of our re-seller panels!
